As Anabaptists, we believe in brotherhood accountability and serving each other. Until now, Anabaptist business owners haven’t had a community forum in which to express these values. Many Anabaptist business owners struggle alone. They don’t know where to turn for answers to business questions. Living in a fog of uncertainty is unhealthy for owners, employees and their families.
Here in a small circle, you can find the cure for loneliness in business leadership. They can share their struggles and find encouragement with others who understand them. They can ask questions and learn from the stories of their peers. They can support each other as accountability partners to inspire growth for themselves, their businesses, and their employees.
Symbiotic means interdependent. We are both better off when we help each other. Symbiotic relationships are all around us in nature. For example: the bees need the flowers for food; the flowers need the bees for pollination. This is the kind of experience business owners can have as they share together around the table. Even beyond our Growth RingTM groups, we are calling our businesses to think symbiotically. Our employees and customers are not there simply for our success. Are there ways we can more effectively better their lives as well? This mindset is the basis of true success.
Symbiz Network is a Christian, business peer-group network with a biblical worldview, serving the conservative Anabaptist community. We strive for Symbiotic Businesses.

Monthly Growth RingTM sessions are the keystone of Symbiz. Groups of 4-12 local business leaders meet monthly for 2 or more hours. Groups are carefully assembled so everyone can freely share and truly support one another. To maximize personal development, Symbiz NetworkTM provides meeting templates, facilitator coaching, and personal goal worksheets.
Every year Growth RingTM members are given a free pass to the Symbiz NetworkTM Annual Business Summit. This one-day event is kicked off with a powerful keynote speech. The entire day is packed with high-value presentations designed to make you a better leader in the next twelve months. And, of course, there is lots of good food and fellowship. It’s a great day to make connections with others.
Symbiz NetworkTM will provide a peer-reviewed resource list to inspire your Growth Ring. It will include network reviewed books, coaching tracks, knowledge retention formats, and other training resources.
Symbiz publishes a directory of all Growth RingTM members that enables us all to reach out to bless others or ask for help.
