As the leader of a growing business, you face complex challenges that others in smaller organizations might not understand. This membership offers a safe and confidential space to connect with peers who are navigating similar realities. Whether your goal is to accelerate growth, realign your business, or sustain its success, your Oak Tree Circle will provide insights rooted in a shared Anabaptist worldview.
Oak Tree members engage through two main avenues: their Growth Ring for spiritual and leadership development and their Regional Group for peer learning. Regional meetings are bi-monthly on Zoom and once a year in person with groups capped at 12 members to foster trust and in-depth discussion.

Bookshelf members support the network by actively mentoring other leaders. They facilitate Mighty Oak
meetings and provide one-on-one coaching. They also participate in Global and Regional Summits and virtual meetings with fellow Bookshelf members.
